Our bushing sleeves kits are the highest quality available and perfect for suspension links, control arms or anything that requires a bushing joint. Our sleeves feature a fully machined outside that not only looks fantastic, but require no surface preparation for welding. A smooth outside radius and chamfered inside edge protect the polyurethane bushings from sharp edges and prevent premature wear. The outer sleeve is CNC machined from 1-7/8" 1026 DOM and the zinc plated inner sleeve is available for multiple bolt sizes. The overall length of each size includes the bushing thickness. Available with or without a grease fitting.
